Here, we work as a team to find the place where you can envisage your future. I take into consideration all of your goals, including price, location, and property type, and use my tools of the trade to help us narrow down a few great options. I’ll also help you compare home values to make sure the homes you’re looking at are sitting at the right price. I’ll then accompany you to showings to answer any questions.

the offer

Found ‘The One’? I’ll prepare a written offer, which will outline the price you’re willing to pay, as well as other details and contingencies. We wait to hear if the offer has been accepted, rejected, or counteroffered. As a fierce negotiator, I will advocate for you as if I were advocating for myself, with your best interests at heart.

the final details

Here, we organise the earnest money, the inspection, your home insurance and other contingencies. Just before closing, we’ll do a walk-through to make sure the house is handed over in the expected condition. These are all protective factors to safeguard you and make sure the sale closes in time and everything is to your satisfaction. I know this part can feel a little overwhelming, but I’m here to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

the close

We’ll review the documents and I’ll make sure you understand all of the details. Once everyone is happy, we’ll sign on the dotted line and the title will be transferred into your name. This marks the beginning of your new life in your new home.
